Yes, we send a confirmation email immediately after you redeem your Reward Points. This email will also summarize titles that have a processing fee and/or for any magazine purchases you make. It may take a few minutes to reach your inbox, especially if you are using a free email service provider such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Gmail. If you have not received your confirmation email within a few minutes, check your Junk or Bulk folder, as some email providers may automatically filter your email.
