Simple! Go to Reward Survey, sign in, and take our latest survey. Surveys only take a few minutes to complete and are usually posted once a week. Stay on the lookout for emails inviting you to a survey (Don't miss any chance to earn points! Check your spam list.). Reward Survey is valid only to residents within the 50 United States. Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
